Pain after hip replacement- My client, Hal Pierson, in his early seventies, had hip replacement surgery January 10, 2023. Due to the extreme pain after surgery, he was taking oxycodone for six months. He was worried about taking so much oxy that he switched to tylenol and ibuprofen 2x/day. For some reason, he was never prescribed physical therapy afterwards, even after he requested it. He had been walking with a walker before he finally came to see me in January 2024. His brother told him about me and the pain neutralization technique (PNT) after he came to see me for his shoulder pain and experienced positive results after only 1 visit. Hal has seen me three times. After his 1st visit, he said that his hip felt 50% better and he was able to cut his tylenol and ibuprofen dosage by half. After the 2nd visit, he was able to stop taking all pain killers. After the 3rd visit, he said that he had 80% improvement and only uses the walker in the morning to get from his bed to the bathroom. Hal, including his wife, is happy to be almost fully pain free. He said that he just doesn't understand why neither the doctors nor the physical therapists could fix his pain and is grateful for PNT. 

My client had extreme sciatic, tail bone and gluteus pain for 6 months after falling 2 different times during the recent winter months.  During those 6 months, she tried chiropractic, dry needling and massage and nothing helped to reduce the pain. She relied on muscle relaxers to get her through the work day and to try to sleep at night.  Finally, she heard about PNT and started getting relief after the first visit. After only the 2nd visit, the nerve pain down her leg went away and she was able to travel for her job without taking pain killers. She says that she is 85-90% better. I am recommending possibly 1 more 30 minute session for her to feel 100%. March, Highlands Ranch, CO.

Carlee, my 50 something female client, came into my office with extreme pain in her left hip. She said that she was diagnosed with bursitis in her hip. She had gotten some dry needling during the week, but was still in pain. I explained the Pain Neutralization Technique to her and she agreed to give it a try. She was pain free after the treatment and very excited to be able to pull her left leg over her right leg to put on her shoe. She said that PNT just fixed her bursitis pain of 12 years, wow! (3/2024) 

Update: She had a day or two of complete relief and then mild pain for a week or so and than it flared up again. She will schedule again since PNT still gave her immediate relief over the other techniques she tried.

Frank Bennett came to me with right ankle pain. "The pain varied in intensity over the past two years, but for the last 3 months, it had been bothering me enough that I was considering investigating surgery options. "  He admitted to me that he was VERY skeptical, but wanted to give PNT a try since his friend Bill Mitchell had trigger finger and PNT resolved his discomfort in 1 session. My 64 year old female client was diagnosed with cervical dystonia in 2014. Her mother also has this condition. Her doctor prescribed medication to her and told her that the tremors and pain would improve level off over the next 5 years. But instead of the tremors becoming less frequent and the pain going away, the tremors and pain became worse, significantly worse over the past 2 years. She also said that she has no strength in her hands due to the tremors in her both hands. After a relatively short PNT session, her head and hands stopped trembling. It was a very emotional time and she asked if she could hug me when she left my office.  I called her 3 days later for an update. She said that hands started trembling the next day, but her head was still 50% improved.  She will make another appointment, but said she was in no hurry to schedule since she was still enjoying the 50% relief.
